The Professional Association of German Human Geneticists Autumn Meeting represents the interests of human genetics specialists working in patient care and natural scientists and human genetics working in the genetic laboratory. The subject of human genetics is playing an increasingly important role in patient care. In the communication of complex medical findings of rare diseases to patients as well as in the diagnosis and evaluation of genetic laboratory tests, human genetics plays a special role between patients and laboratories.
