The QuickGene Auto12S is an automated system for rapid Nucleic Acid Extraction and Purification of DNA and RNA from various sample types, including whole blood, tissue, cells, plants and viruses. This compact unit can process 12 samples, up to 200 μL, in a single run, making efficient use of laboratory bench space.
With its ultra-thin polymer membrane, the QuickGene technology allows for effective capture of nucleic acids. This novel low-pressure design requires no centrifugation, delivering quality DNA with high-purity yields.

Automated DNA / RNA extraction
Fully automated DNA/RNA extraction process from primary tube to final storage tubes. This system uses pre-filled, single-use cartridges that can run independently, providing added flexibility and, most important, avoiding any risk of contamination or human error processing. Convenient benchtop design is easy to use, low maintenance, and helps increase lab productivity. Performs consistent, reliable DNA/RNA isolation of up to 12 samples, 200 µL each, within 30-80 minutes.

Patented porous membrane for high-yield, high-purity isolation
The nucleic acid adsorptive medium used in the QuickGene Auto12S system is a porous membrane developed through application of advanced polymer membrane production technology. It is only 80 μm thick, making it incomparably thinner than conventional glass fibers. Because of the outstanding adsorptive and desorptive performances of the membrane, nucleic acid can be rapidly and reliably isolated at low pressure without being damaged, which realizes high-quality nucleic acid isolation.

Built-in UV Lamp enables decontamination and minimizes the sample cross-contamination.
