The AutoS RNA Cultured Cell Kit includes reagents, tips and waste tubes (48 reactions).
This Kit helps deliver rapid extraction and purification of total RNA, ready for PCR applications, restriction enzyme digestion, NGS and other lab processes. As part of an integrated RNA extraction process from sample tube to final RNA storage tubes, it ensures no cross-contamination and prevents human error processing.
The automated QuickGene Auto24S system can process 24 cultured cell samples, up to 200 µL, in a single run. The QuickGene Auto12S system can process 12 samples, also up to 200 µL.
Pre-packaged reagent strips reduce the risk of contamination, improve efficient processing time with fewer steps and boost throughput.
